Murder Mystery Party Packs (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells digital products in the form of downloadable PDF game packs. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered to your email or made available for download.

When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund if the product you received is materially different from what was described on the product page. This includes: (a) The game pack is missing files or components listed in the product description (b) The number of players or game content does not match what was stated on the product listing (c) The files are corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened. To request a refund under these circumstances, email us at support@murdermysterypartypacks.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations: (a) Change of mind after purchase (b) Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level, theme, or storyline of the game after the product description was available prior to purchase (c) Inability to print the files (this is not a product defect) (d) Purchasing the wrong product when the correct product description, player count, and theme were clearly listed on the product page (e) The game has already been downloaded and used.

Download Issues
If you did not receive your download link after completing payment, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the download link is not there, email us at support@murdermysterypartypacks.com with your order number and we will resend it within 24 hours. A missing download link is not grounds for a refund. We will resolve the delivery issue directly.

Cancellation
Since our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete and the download link has been generated.

How Refunds Are Processed
